ARP are what I have in my car now, at the same time I have heard that Golden Eagle are a bit better in quality. You cant go wrong with Arp though at all. Its good to hear that your project is coming closer to coming together. Scott I hope your going to be around this weekend I have plans for us.

Remember when torquing your head studs to use motor oil and not the nasty mono lube that they give you! Also to ensure that the head does not lift follow the torque sequence from honda and go in steps of 22, 55 and 82 ft-lbs.
Make sure you retorque them after 10 heat cycles!
